Law360, New York (April 22, 2016, 5:56 PM EDT) — New York City’s mass transit agencies aren’t responsible for alleged sex, race and national origin discrimination against a class of female employees at a contractor-run call center, a New York federal judge ruled Thursday, saying the misconduct didn’t take place on the agencies’ watch.
